With over 200 years of combined experience, we pride ourselves in providing top quality commercial, industrial, and governmental fencing services. We work with a majority of Oklahoma's largest general contractors as well as government and state jobs.
On an annual average we install approximately 20000LF manually and approximately produce $8M contracts and sales throughout the state.

I have been a part of American Fence since 2008, and what means the most to me is the people I get to work with every day. I truly care about our team and take pride in being someone others can rely on for support, encouragement, and consistency.
I believe a strong company is built on taking care of its employees—making sure everyone feels valued, respected, and part of something bigger. Whether it’s helping behind the scenes or simply being there when someone needs it, I do my best to create a positive and dependable environment.

Misty Mchugh
General Manager
Misty McHugh serves as General Manager at American Fence, bringing 22 years of construction industry experience and a proven track record of leadership, growth, and operational excellence. With 7 years at the company, she has progressed from Office Manager to General Manager, demonstrating her dedication and ability to drive success at every level.
Misty oversees all departments within the organization, working closely with managers and supervisors to ensure each team delivers exceptional performance. She is highly skilled in construction management, project management, quality control, accounting, and payroll, allowing her to maintain a comprehensive view of company operations.
A key part of Misty’s leadership is her focus on accountability and growth. She develops and implements performance goals, supports her team in achieving them, and continuously works to improve efficiency across all areas of the business. Her strategic approach to operations and commitment to excellence have helped lead American Fence through its most profitable years during her time as General Manager.
In addition to operations, Misty plays a vital role in recruiting, hiring, and training, ensuring the company is built on a strong team of skilled and dependable professionals. Based in the Oklahoma City area, Monte has been involved in a wide range of fence construction work—from traditional wood privacy fences to large-scale commercial and security installations. His experience includes managing job sites, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Kenny McHugh is a dedicated leader at American Fence, bringing 15 years of construction experience and 10 years of service with the company to his role as Superintendent. Over the course of his career at American Fence, Kenny has worked his way up through the ranks—from crew member positions (#3 and #2), to Lead, Field Supervisor, and now Superintendent.
This progression has given Kenny a unique, ground-level understanding of the work and the people who make it happen. Having firsthand experience in every stage of the field process, he leads with both knowledge and empathy, ensuring crews are supported, efficient, and held to the highest standards.
Kenny is known for his strong leadership, hands-on approach, and ability to guide teams in the right direction to successfully complete projects. His experience in the field, combined with his commitment to quality and teamwork, makes him an essential part of American Fence’s continued success.
Kevin Moore
Superintendent
Kevin brings 9 years of construction experience and a strong, well-rounded background to his role as Superintendent at American Fence. With 6 years at the company, he has advanced through multiple positions—including Lead Fence Installer, Field Supervisor, Shop Supervisor, and Estimator—giving him a comprehensive understanding of both field operations and project planning.
Starting his career in the field, Kevin gained hands-on experience in installation and job site management, developing a deep understanding of the challenges crews face daily. He later transitioned into estimating, where he applied that knowledge to create accurate project bids and help prevent delays caused by unforeseen issues.
Now as Superintendent, Kevin combines his field expertise and estimating experience to lead crews effectively, ensure projects stay on schedule, and maintain high standards of quality. He also works closely with vendors to secure competitive material pricing and stays current on the latest products and equipment in the fencing industry.

Corey Hibdon
Warehouse Manager
Corey Hibdon serves as Shop Manager at American Fence, bringing approximately 12 years of construction experience and 7 years of dedication to the company. Over the course of his time with American Fence, Corey has worked his way up from installer roles—including 3rd hand, 2nd hand, and lead installer—before moving into warehouse management and now leading shop operations.
His hands-on field experience gives him a strong understanding of the materials, processes, and teamwork required to keep projects running efficiently. In his current role, Corey focuses on organization, coordination, and ensuring the shop supports field crews with the materials and preparation they need for success.

With hands-on experience in both field work and fabrication, Kyle understands how quality craftsmanship in the shop directly impacts success on the job site. He takes pride in producing reliable, high-quality work that helps keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.

Madeline Rimmer
Sales Coordinator
Madeline Rimmer serves as Sales Coordinator at American Fence, bringing a background in construction and a strong commitment to learning and growth within the fencing industry.
